Appointment Guidelines

  • Appointments are secured with a credit card.
  • Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations.
  • No-show clients will be charged 50% of their service fee or a minimum $20.00 on their card.  Permanent cosmetics no-show fee is $100.00 for services and $50.00 for consultations who do not follow the cancellation policy.
  • If you arrive late for your service we may have to abbreviate it or reschedule you in order to offer you the treatment and the quality of service that you deserve.
  • We respectfully ask that you turn off your cell phones.
  • Due to insurance and safety requirements, no children are allowed in treatment rooms.  If you cannot arrange for childcare, please reschedule your service.
  • Due to school liability concerns, Brazilian waxing is limited to female clients only.
  • Services by licensed professionals are available evenings and weekends by appointment only.  Fees adjusted to professional services.
