SPA POLICIES

PHONES: To ensure your most comfortable visit and to respect our other guests, please turn off your cell phone in the clinic.

CHILDREN: We do not have child care services and due to insurance concerns, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms and cannot be left unsupervised, for their own safety.  Please make the necessary arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS:  If you are ill, please call our offices at your earliest opportunity to reschedule your appointment. Clients who come in with the appearance of a contagious disease will be rescheduled.  A credit card will be used to secure all appointments.  We will send you a reminder email or call you, to remind you of your appointment. We request at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule, please.  If you do not show up for your appointment your card will be charged for 1/2 of the service fee, or a $20 minimum.  Permanent cosmetic consultation appointment no-shows will be charged  $50.00. Service no-show appointments will be charged $100.00.
